HI, my name is Glenn - just turned 55 last week. I am thinking of Buenos Aires. I have a pension. I write books full time, but I am not yet successfully published. I live in Massachusetts, USA. I speak Spanish well enough to get by - and I was told I would be fluent in six months to a year - if not less. How much are the rents in USD? I want to take three cats, can I do that? Are there taxes for foreigners with pensions? Any help would be appreciated. I am considering Spain, Costa Rica, Panama and Argentina.
