Hello everyone,

What have you discovered in Lebanon that you would recommend to other expats?

Are there any places that you enjoy visiting on the weekends, be it areas of natural beauty or shopping malls? Are there any Lebanese dishes that you would recommend?

What are some of the best activities in Lebanon?

Are there any unique customs or places you were introduced to by locals that you think other expats might be interested in? Are there any local festivals that expats might want to get involved with?

Lebanon is very famous about it's local food, don't miss the Tabouli, Fattouch & Hummus and the Grilled Lamb which Lebanese are expert in making as for drinks Homemade Arak and any kind of wine we are experts also in this field.

If you visit Lebanon during winter besides partying and pub crawl till the late mornings, the best thing to do is to rent a bungalow or hotel near a Ski area in the mountain like Faraya or Zaarour

If you visit Lebanon in Summer well there are plenty of things to do, you can go camping, hiking, biking, swimming, rent a jet ski and do many other activity like canoe zip line. Lebanon nature is one of a kind in the Middle East, if you come to Lebanon in summer and you wish to go somewhere else than Beirut here's some ideas:
