Well, looks like there was an earthquake recently off the coast of PR. Most recent info it was a 3.47 And it was 24.4 Km North of Vega Baja, PR. No tsunami warning issued. Looks like areas such as Utuado, Ciales, Aguada, Morovis and Hatillo were some that felt it to some degree. I added some links that show info. The cities were people reporting that they felt it in some FB groups.
