Family residence permit Turkey

Good day

I am married to a turkish citizen and want to apply for the family residence permit. Can anyone guide me to where to start etc.

I already have a 2year health insurance and a tax number.

I am currently outside of turkey and can only visit turkey every 2 months for a duration of 4 days at a time.

Any advice??

Hi Chantelh2,

You'll require
Residence Permit Application Form
Health Insurance documents
Criminal record certificate
Proof of residence registration
Passport and photocopy
4 photographs
Marriage certificate

Along-with that you will need to show up with your spouse with his
TC card and photocopy
His income source documents
Health insurance docs

This is somewhat a definitive list, though from what I have heard, you can be asked to bring up any other document. Hope things go smoothly for you.

Hi i am an advocate and live in İstanbul. You must apply to neighbors for it,or your advocate can do it. Have a good day

No, you either have to apply to reeve of your
quarter, or your advocate can do it.
