Introduce as new member - want to know more about PNG

Hi all, I am Reiner as new.member.
I get a job at Lae city and as.soon will.come to PNG.
I want to know.about this city. Wheater.this is safe  for expatriate.? And then how about the cost of living like a meals.?
for accommodation already.by company.
