Couple looking for housing in Corozal town

Hello!
My husband and I will be visiting Belize beginning in the end of September. We'd like to find an inexpensive, clean, simple one bedroom or large studio rental for at least one month while we look around.

Ideally it would be furnished and centrally located as we will not have a car.
We are semi-retired and are quiet, clean, don't smoke and are not party-people.

We also have experience with property management so we know how to care for a place.

We'd like something more local-ish (not having a luxury beach vacation this time!) so our budget is around BZE 700.

I've also posted in the housing section, but wanted to say hi and put this on the forum as well.
