Hello does anyone know if apartments are available IN the cities for sale? Or apartments strictly rentals and I have to go with a condo? I want to live IN a city where we can walk to everything..I am a brooklynite so its my culture..also are long term leases available or is it month to month then they kick you out at tourist season and get more rent?
