Hi there,
Generally (and surprisingly) most of the hotels I stayed in so far have decent Internet. I mean not superfast, but fast enough to watch videos on YouTube. Of course, nothing is stable here, so one day Internet is good, the next day it's slow. You can try Chalet des roses - this is where I live right now. They have good Internet and you'll pay something like $27 per night.

I would echo what mishcom said, though I would add that the room you get in relation to the location of the main router / server can make a huge difference. There may be trade-offs, such as being near the reception area or whether you get "kitchen" facilities, but you have to prioritize. For example, I occasionally stay at the Sakamanga. Generally good Internet access all around. One time, though, I was given a little room just off the reception, but right next to their server. What a great connection!!
