Question, I am currently married to a Scottish citizen and i got married in Florida USA. Things are not going very well and I was wondering if any of you have any experience in getting a divorce when you live in Scotland but got married in another country?

Hi G - Scottish law is different to the rest of the UK; I'd advise you to go and enquire at Citizens Advice Scotland; here is a link to their website. They can't help you with the actual divorce, but they will know who you to need to speak to.
