As a single looking for something safe in PDC, maybe a large studio or small 1-br, can anyone recommend an area of town that may be better than another? I don't mind walking to the beach as long as it's not all up and down hills!

If you are worried about hills in Playa del Carmen you need some to spend some time learning about the area before you move down there

A rule of thumb would be to look for housing EAST of the main highway.
