Subtitles on uk tv

Hi does anyone know of a way to get uk tv that also has access to the English subtitles for the Hard of Hearing?
I currently use an android box which doesn't have this facility and have enquired about maltauktv, unfortunately it doesn't either.

I'm really not good with technology. My Android box is called M8, do you think it will work on this?

If it has Kodi or XBMC pre loaded then just follow the video instructions.
