May I ask in which professional environment ( general sector is enough) you're working in ?

Might be interesting to hear about your experience on this topic, as you seem to be a "veteran" considering most of contriburors , talking on this forum.

I mean a lot of short time contracts or people expecting to migrate to norway -

An important point which is talked about is the "mood", habbits and behaviours in the "nordic spirit" which is quite some kind of roadblock.

You'll probably be a good "source" of info on that specific point.
