Acquiring flat through a dealer

I am acquiring a flat through an ad on internet. The dealer showed me the flat.

Do i have to pay him when the deal is done. And how much.

Hi,

You don't have to pay him anything. The agent commission comes with the landlord, not to you. Fyi.
