Where to register if I want to work in Czech Republic

Hi,

I have the french nationality and this is my first day in Prague.

I will begin to work Monday.

I guess I have to register at the Ministery of Labour or somewhere else, and to issue a tax number before I can begin to work.

By chance does someone know where I can register and obtain this worker number?
