hi! I lived illegally in sweden for four years and now I'm in congo after being deported. my longtime fiance is finnish and she came down to congo and there we officially got married. now I want to apply for a residence permit on the basis of family ties. I want to know if the fact I lived illegally in sweden before and have been deported would affect my application and may lead to it to be rejected... please help.
