Can i upgrade 3G to 4G internet?

Can i upgrade 3G to 4G internet? recently i bought an internet simcard 3G. Speed is very slow , so i would like to upgrade to 4G . Can anyone of you please tel me is there any option for this?

You have to avail another 4G simcard. If the simcard is 4G, you can use the 3G also with it.

But it will be double expense for me right ? :-) thats reason i was trying to upgrade this..But unfortunately there is no option available for that..i have checked with mobily, service provider. :-(
