However, I did a google search of that URL. Then I opened the cached version. On that page was a link to the app, which I have pasted below:

New readers should be aware that pensioners seeking to qualify for a residency visa in Ecuador need to show documentation that they receive at least $800 a month in regular pension-type income, plus $100 monthly per dependent.  Social Security income, company pension and annuity payments are acceptable.  Rental income is not.
