Hi! Joeyr.. there are 2 visa - one permanent family stay visa , other is visit visa.....I can tell u abt the visit visa process...
I was only asked a copy of our translated marriage certificate, copy of passport of my wife and few of her small size photos....my sponsorer then applied online for the visit visa....it was approved in couple of weeks , I gave my agent in India the link and access , he downloaded the approval form and applied for her visa stamping on passport in my home country...once done she flew here...
