In Sharbatly compound it should be allowed, as I can see lots of people walking with their dogs.

Are you sure that you can get the dogs into Saudi? It's not as easy as it sounds. Plus there is an issue with obtaining dog food once they are here.

We are working with a company that takes care of all the paperwork/travel/customs/etc for getting dogs into the Kingdom. They have successfully gotten hundreds into KSA. No, it won't be easy, it's expensive and complicated. As for dog food, we also realize it's not like it is in the states. We have contingency plans for that as well.
