Opening up a company in Tanzania first of all is not that easy. You need to have a local partner which normally shares 50% or as upon agreed. You need to register your company under a name which is approved by BRELA. Please see this link
http://www.brela-tz.org/. You need to have a Class A permit as investor and normally it costs around USD3050 - $3300.
