Hi. My Danish husband has got a job in Denmark and will be moving there in Nov. I will want to move as well, and I am eligible for the green card scheme with >100 points.
HOWEVER...I am currently in the last stage of my PhD and won't defend until Oct. And after that there is a wait period before final thesis approval so you can make any edits.
Will I be able to apply before this approval? Is there any way of moving to DK and applying for the green card from there? I can't find much information on the webpage.

Hi there,
I understand that your spouse is a Denmark citizen, but I don't understand why want to apply for Denmark Green Card (DGC), when you might be eligible for spouse visa?
Either ways for DGC, you need to check whether your scoring 100points without considering Phd(since you are yet complete the entire course).
Hence I suggest you to evaluate your points properly. keeping Denmark education system into consideration.
