My family and I will be moving to Kuwait in three weeks. I wanted to know if it were hard to receive and/or send packages in Kuwait?

not hard, expensive. snail mail is just that, slooooow. u'll have to use expedited mail carriers such as DHL, Aramex etc.

Hello,
Like Legacy mentioned it's expensive. We sent a package overseas via FedEx and it was pricey! On the plus side they picked the parcel up from our doorstep.
