Can Candian citizen travell to America's country without Passport?

YOu need a passport to travel to  the Dominican Republic and or Haiti! 

Why they cannot get a passport - they have something in their history that  means they cannot leave - crimes commited,  owing child support maybe.........  not exactly sure.

Add the US to the list that requires a passport to enter the country.
Here in the DR passports have been reuired for the last year.

Canadians DO need a passport!   Iranians -  not sure if they can enter  the DR without a visa,  do a google search.
