anyways, the Swiss Embassy in Manila was very accommodating.
> NSO issued Birth Certificate - they are not really requiring it to be recently issued.
BUT THE FOLLOWING MUST BE RECENTLY ISSUED:
> Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA)
> Police Clearance / NBI Clearance (all infos in the CTC and the Police Clearance must be the same, for example the address, etc.
*** One may secure it from her domicile or place of residence.
DOMICILE-means the permanent/home address
RESIDENCE-the most recent address but at least you have stayed there for an un-interrupted stay of 6 months.
***ONLY THE POLICE CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE TRANSLATED IN ANY OF THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGES IN SWITZERLAND.
