you can found a good residence within 40000/Y even.i recommend go for Olaya or exit 5 if you are coming to Riyadh

hmmm....where do U want in main city or little outside...I live little outside here many families are well settle and its really outstanind apartment contain 4 rooms 25000 SR per year ...If U r interested I cooul send U saudi owner contact ...but its newly made luxry apartments.....
