Hi,
I will arrive in Hanoi on the 27th for 8 days and am looking to purchase
a prepaid phone/data sim card for my mobile phone so I can have a local
number and internet access.
Is that possible in Hanoi, and if so where can I get it?

Hello,
There are a lot of stores in Hanoi. For 8 days in Hanoi you could buy another new-cellphone just abt USD20, also USD3 for new sim card one.
