just so you know there is a society of US and europians in kuwait they used to call themselves K-Town and don't let the name spook you they're all adults 
"my friend used to hang out with them and I did several times" the bad news that I havn't seen them for quite long time now i'll ask my friend about them and message you here to get you in touch with them if you like.
