So, you're in Libya and presumebly bored, nothing much to do, right?

Think about this: try teaching!

We need your passion and talent only, the skills you'll get by professional intensive training and ongoing support.

The work environment: cool
The pay: motivating
Key word: professionalism
Where: at Berlitz Libya.
Info needed:berlitz@berlitz.com.ly

Get involved, you'll see the difference.

Am I bored ?   SURE!
Nothing much to do ?   Damn right(all-house-everyday-jobs kill single male in Tripoli)
Want change ?  Naturally
native English speaker?   Have to dissapoint You(N), but better then to lie saying (Y)
Am I a pro ?   Basically all what I'm doing must be accomplished in a pro manner
This would be enough

Might see if I can get the wife involved when we move across, she is Scottish but speaks English reasonably well :D

Sorry to rain on your parade but it would be illegal for a housewife to work here as an instructor on her husbands dependents visa.

That is not what I was told by the Libyan HR manager who interviewed me. The IT manager (a Libyan who spent 20 + years in the states) said the same thing, not saying you are wrong Harry, but someone is telling porkies ;)

Have to agree with HH on this - my wife was recently lined up for a job with Microsoft Libya until they figured out they'd have to go through the whole quota positions deal with the immigration and eventually it all fell through.

Ah well a life of leasure for the wife then , although she may do some personal fitness training for expats within the compound, I wonder if she could set up her own e-bay business ;)

well, guys, this is no good news... :( I really hoped that once I manage to settle things with the baby I'll try to look for something to keep me up to date with the life outside of the fence...
