Hi there,
I'm seriously considering moving to Berlin. I've been a few times and absolutely love the feel of the city. My German is not bad but I don't know where to start so I thought I'd begin with sourcing the nicest and most reasonable (in terms of cost) areas to live...I have no prejudices about where so will welcome all suggestions.

Hi,
All I know, is that Neukölln is among the cheapest districts in Berlin but with the most important foreign population.
