www.bayt.com, www.monstergulf.com, www.calrendonparker.com and many others are good recruitment websites for the U.A.E. However, based upon my experience, the best way to get a job in the U.A.E. is if you are actually here and apply while you are here as most times, employers want people on immediate basis and on lowest possible expenses incurred.
As an architect, I would recommend you apply to companies like Al Barari, MASDAR CITY, MUBADALA, and TDIC..
