Importing a Car from US to Saudi

I've been in Riyadh for just over two months and I have decided that I really want to import my customized jeep from the US to Saudi. I have found some reasonable shipping rates that will take between 3 and 4 weeks to get it here - but what I cannot find is what I will pay in import taxes, customs fees, etc. Has anyone done this and can provide some insight?

you can rent small car about 1500rs for one month i think it's good for u until arrive you car from US

i ask my friend about your subject and told me
Customs 5000rs + Transfer to jaddh 5000rs =10000RS

I imported my car from Boston 0ne year ago.

First it must be less than 5 years old.

Tax will be based on the value of your car as determined by Saudi customs. For an approximate value talk to your insurance agent...(which is also required to put your car on the road.

I used Namma Cargo to import my car to Dammam and they estimated all expenses, fees, taxes, to within 100 SR of the final cost.

Note - I previously exported 2 cars from KSA to the UK and I also used Namma Cargo to do that.
