Looking for apt in cairo/Madinaty

Hi everyone I am leaving for Egypt and will be there on october 1st 2023 I was looking for an apt before I got there but could not find one. I follow a guy on egypt and he had a nice apartment in egypt for $128 usd a month and I was looking for something similar or close in cairo or madinaty any help or pointers or know of somebody renting at around those same rates? I found a place to stay for $69.00 for a month while I get there to give myself time to look for a nice apartment. I have an arabic tutor and so I can read and write arabic but I dont know the meaning of most words yet im still learning and will get better while I am there.
