at health product stores found in larger malls and

busy business districts in many LatAm cities.

any expats have a healthy amount of whey protein and /or creatine to hook a homie up with right quick?Like I bring an empty water bottle or container and get enough juice for 3-5 days.I only go every other day and like exercises in these outside parques instead of musty gyms and don't like to buy those whey/ crea jugs to carry in a mochila and get granules or bring from motel to motel?

Maybe you can just buy that stuff on Amazon and have it shipped to Colombia.

Or if you are patient enough to get a cedula or already have a cedula, maybe you can order online from MercadoLibre.

If I were in your shoes, I'd just go to the nearest gym and ask them.   The gyms probably sell the stuff right there.

My only experience in Colombia is in Bogotá and in Bogotá there are bodybuilder gyms everywhere.  I'd bet my last dollar that those guys could hook the homie up and real quick too.
