I quite like Ebay, if you want to do it yourself, and you think it will appeal to other Brits. Just take some nice photos and write a good description, and you're good to go. Ebay is frequented by cheapskates like me, so you won't get top dollar. :-) But it's easy with minimal commission.
Alternatively, I also like BulgarianProperties (dot com) which is a big online agent that specializes in expat buyers. The commission is higher, but the selling price should be higher too. They're pretty reputable so it won't be too stressful giving them a POA (if you don't want to come over here to do showings and the notary signing).
