A relative of mine is working in oman, and for the past year, he has not been receiving his wages on time, the company management is pretty much extremely racist as he is the only one not to receive salary, and expected to report to work every day. He has been holding on to this hoping to get his wages as he needs to support his family back home, he does not have food to eat, or money for basic necessities.
He is too terrified to go to the embassy or labour court to ask for help as he will be sent home, and it is not suitable as an income from Oman really helps at home.
May I know what can be done, and how he can be helped?
