I have been living continuously in Buenos Aires for 6 years and 4 months.
I got my first permanent DNI on 10/20/2021.
On 02/25/2022 I started my process for the Argentine citizenship letter.
Currently, the 7 trades have been answered, but due to negligence not by myself but by the person in charge of my process; the last trade was given to me 3 months after the court drafted it (signed and so on); In other words, the trade was dispatched on 08/22/2022 and was delivered to me on 12/07/2022, for present to the last government agency.
It has already been answered back to the court, and uploaded to the page http://scw.pjn.gov.ar, at the end of December 2022, for the court to review.
My query is as follows, the judicial edict was released on 08/24/2022 with the last 4 trades of 7. When should I publish my legal edict in the corresponding newspaper? After or before the resolution approved of the citizenship letter?
Since I have not been able to communicate with the person that takes me through the process; so that he may give me a concrete answer and the edict to publish.
Only the steps for approval, swearing in and new documents would remain.
If someone could answer my concern... I will be grateful.
