My cedula was damaged. Is there a place on the north shore that I can get a replacement. I really don't want to go to Santo Domingo.
I am mostly in Samana and Sosua.

There is one in Puerto Plata but I do not know if they will re issue for expats. Worth an ask.

I think they will.... if you need to 'get' a cedula...only the big office
to fix an issue with an existing one.... can do
