I am looking for accommodation that isn't widely advertised as a holiday accommodation or hotel. I want something that the locals would mostly know about. Something like a hidden gem, it doesn't even need to be furnished. It doesn't need to be pretty or in a nice area in Seychelles. Does anyone know of anyone wanting to rent out a room?

I would suggest that you create your own "looking for" advert in the Housing in the Seychelles section of the website so that we can share it in our newsletter to the expat community. You might get lucky and get some nice offers.

We are for the same goal. I'm looking for someone to assist me with directions of where I can get such rentals or even a compound that I can mount my tent.
