I am an IT professional with 17 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, systems and network administration, data center operations, cloud technologies, virtualization, IT service delivery, technical support, and team coordination.

In my current role in Oman, I have been responsible for supporting and managing critical IT infrastructure and services, including Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, DNS/DHCP, VPN, storage, backup, security systems, and end-user computing environments.

My experience also includes incident and problem resolution, root-cause analysis, infrastructure monitoring, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, technical documentation, implementation of new technologies, and coordination with system, network, database, and application teams to maintain business-critical IT services.

In addition to my technical background, I have experience leading and coordinating IT support and service activities, working with cross-functional technical teams, managing user requirements, and supporting continuous improvement of IT operations.

I am now looking for a challenging lead/senior-level opportunity where I can contribute my technical expertise, operational experience, leadership capabilities, and extensive Gulf-region experience to a progressive IT organization.
