We are Looking for Business Development & Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

1. Preferably university graduate, with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
2. With Visa 18 and transferable.
3. At Least 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in real estate , property management, hospitality, or related industry.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledgeable in digital marketing, social media platforms, online listings, and property advertising.
6. Can prepare marketing materials, property listings, and client presentations.
7. Results-oriented, proactive, and with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
8. Can speak at least basic Arabic and has good written and spoken English.
