Managing private houses and villas for international clients
Pontresina, Grisons, Switzerland
About the candidate
Hi everyone,
I'll be direct. My name is André and I've been living in Switzerland since 1996, working in 5-star hotels and managing private houses and villas for international clients. I'm used to responsibility, high standards, confidentiality and solving problems before they become expensive.
Next year I'm returning to Portugal to launch my own project in the Alentejo — and I will also be offering reliable on-the-ground support for foreign homeowners who need someone they can truly trust.
If you own (or plan to buy) property in the Alentejo and you need:
• someone to check your house weekly
• someone to oversee builders and renovation work
• someone to film, document and report progress
• someone to handle contractors honestly
• someone to evaluate land/ruins before you buy
• someone to make sure nothing goes wrong while you're abroad
Then I'm your guy.
I bring almost 30 years of Swiss discipline, precision and professional property management. No excuses, no confusion, no surprises — just honest support and solid results.
If you need help, contact me directly.
