Initiated and implemented technical and organizational projects based on analytics. Implemented "Action-Plan" tool, resulting in the launch of an additional mining face worth over 240 million RUB. Achieved significant cost savings (e.g., 250 million RUB reduction in repair fund costs and over $40 million potential for improvements by reducing various downtimes annually).

Leadership & Strategic Management: Managed projects on the intersection of technology and business, communicated directly with Top Management (Production, Technical, and Energy-Mechanical Directorates). Led initiatives in operational improvements, repairs, specialization, energy, and digital.
