Power-user is a French tech start-up founded in 2016, developing a productivity software solution for users of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
Power-user is currently growing fast and has more than 350,000 users worldwide. Its customer base is mainly B2B and highly international. Power-user works in particular with consulting and finance companies, as well as with the marketing and finance departments of many large corporations.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will contribute to the company's growth strategy by being involved in the entire sales cycle and by helping build the company's new customer acquisition strategy.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing a portfolio of inbound leads throughout the entire sales cycle:
- Delivering demos and preparing sales proposals
- Supporting leads in setting up their account and getting started with the tool
- Training users remotely on Power-user features
- Converting leads into customers
- Account follow-up, renewal management and upsell
• Contributing to the B2B lead acquisition strategy:
- Designing the multi-channel lead acquisition strategy (target accounts and profiles, channels, tools, messaging, etc.)
- Implementing the lead acquisition strategy (setting up tools, creating content, automating sequences, prospecting)
• Other responsibilities:
- Taking part in marketing projects (e.g. visual assets, training videos, newsletters and user communications)
- Proposing and implementing other projects (e.g. partnerships)
Profile
- At least 2 years of experience, ideally including a successful experience in Business Development in a start-up environment
- Good command of PowerPoint and Excel, which are at the core of the Power-user project
- Required qualities: strong customer relationship skills, autonomy, organization, and a taste for challenges
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and written (80% of calls are in English). Knowledge of another language such as Spanish, German, Italian or Arabic is a plus
