The Payroll Digital Transformation Project Manager leads the delivery of complex technical data and application projects and programs. You will also drive cross-functional collaboration and timelines and are accountable for high-quality results that meet our business objectives.
You will foster value-driven partnerships with internal and external implementation teams, effectively prioritizing features to boost team efficiency while jointly crafting optimal solutions across departments securing successful program delivery. This position is also responsible for engaging and managing stakeholders plus the broader change and communication planning.
What will you be doing:
Set up and manage the payroll and time management automation strategy and governance for multiple initiatives: Develop and implement program strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Create and document the program charter, objectives, and business case
Establish governance and methodology frameworks in line with best practice standards such as PMI, PRINCE2, and agile methodologies
Lead the program lifecycle, across key phases, prioritizing scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management to deliver the business case per the roadmap
Develop activity plans and detailed program and project schedules.
Direct, manage, and control project delivery and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Implement and oversee the delivery of a quality plan to ensure all deliverables meet required standards and drive test management including user test execution.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and coordination
Deliver effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of program deliverables.
Ensure stakeholders are informed of program status, risks, and issues through structured communication plans and reporting
What you will bring:
5 years of Project Management experience WITH a minimum of 2 years in HR/Payroll
Fluent in English with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Working knowledge and experience in SAP
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies - Agile, PMI (e.g., PMP), and PRINCE2 certifications are highly desirable.
Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
Data visualization and facilitation tools e.g. Miro, Visio, ChartBlocks etc.
Knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting tools
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions

Skills
What you will bring:
