We are looking for Customer Support with German who are curious, motivated, and eager to grow.

Your responsibilities:

 

  1. Assist customers through various channels (inbound calls and messages)
  2. Analyze and resolve customer questions
  3. Share information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
  4. Make system changes
  5. Escalate issues or calls to other departments

 

Our requirements:

 

  1. C1 level of German is essential
  2. Customer-oriented thinking and attitude
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills
  4. Good knowledge of MS Office
  5. Willingness to work flexible hours
