SW Group Credit Repair partners with Mortgage Brokers to help individuals who have been denied a home loan due to credit issues. Our team conducts a thorough review of their credit, explains how credit scores work, and works with them to address inaccurate or unverifiable negative items on their credit reports. Our legal team contacts credit bureaus and creditors to resolve these issues.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Repair Sales Rep at SW Group Credit Repair in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Sales Rep will work with Mortgage Brokers to assist clients in improving their credit profiles, explaining credit concepts, and coordinating with legal teams to resolve credit disputes.

Qualifications

Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills

Knowledge of Credit Repair processes and regulations

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Experience in the financial or credit industry is a plus

Fluency in Spanish and English

High school diploma or equivalent
