Sales Manager in Saigon - Pet Adventures

We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead our pet relocation operations, overseeing the full cycle of services from initial client inquiry through delivery and follow-up. This hands-on role involves managing sales, client communication, logistics, and a small team to ensure seamless, high-quality relocations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the full relocation cycle: handle inquiries, prepare quotations, convert leads, and follow up with clients through delivery.
2. Lead and supervise a small team, assigning tasks and ensuring performance standards are met.
3. Serve as the primary client contact, providing advice, updates, and solutions throughout each pet's journey.
4. Coordinate with airlines, agents, veterinarians, and partners for smooth logistics execution.
5. Prepare and review all documentation, including export/import permits and flight bookings.
6. Troubleshoot issues, resolve challenges in real time, and maintain service excellence.
7. Oversee CRM/case-tracking systems and ensure accurate data management.
8. Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners for repeat business and growth.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
2. Experience managing the full cycle of logistics or customer service projects, ideally in transport or travel.
3. Proven leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
4. Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
7. Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
8. Background or experience in a Veterinary Setting would be great
