Marketing Manager

You are expected to understand well our products in order to work smoothly with other departments, especially Sales Department to improve market share in all product lines and achieve the company's overall business goals.

1. Analyze, plan and run marketing campaigns to achieve targeted sales results.

2. Lead, guide, and coordinate the marketing team to achieve the best efficiency and productivity.

3. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing stats, promotion analysis, media optimization and monthly sales data.

4. Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, advertising; maintaining research databases.

5. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, in order to increase brand awareness and all the insurance products' cross selling/renewal/upsell.

6. Follow all relationships with our supplier from USA, Europe and Japan…. Elaborate for each of them Budget & Marketing Plans, join overseas “Distributor Meeting”.

7 Critical and analytical thinking is a must. Plan and runs marketing campaigns throughout the years. We need a manager who can see through the endless reports and come up with a strategy that works for each campaign.
