Requirements:
✅Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean
✅Korean National in Philippines
✅Bachelor's Degree graduate
✅Knowledgeable in Service and Basic Troubleshooting
✅With IT Helpdesk Experience
Responsibilities
✅Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
✅Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
✅Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
✅Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
