Company Profile: This company has offices in around 190 countries, including the Philippines. They have service centers for different industries like IT Solutions, Sales, BPO (especially HR), Finance and Administration and supply chain. They have been in the industry for over 100 years.

Position: Spanish Accounts Receivable Analyst

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Quezon City

Salary: Php 70,000 – Php 78, 000

Work Schedule: Night shift Schedule

Work Set-up: Work onsite

Job Requirements:

▶ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English and has written and oral communication skills

▶ Open for Senior High School, College graduate, and Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years in College)

▶ At least 1-2 years above work experience handling high volume transactions, BPO or shared service companies.

▶ Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes

▶ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

▶ Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Job Responsibilities:

➥ Provide accurate information and proactive assistance to customer inquiries and requests.

➥ Review and release orders related to assigned accounts that are placed on hold in a timely manner.

➥ Assess the account standing and provide appropriate recommendation for orders/shipments that are placed on hold

➥ Maintains and administers customer account database through system tool. Ensure required information is entered into the central database pertaining to customer issues or requests.

➥ Adheres to client's defined processes & procedures policies.

➥ Create month-end reports, AR reconciliation and journal entries.

➥ Send monthly AR balance to Intercompany clients and Preparing aging report

➥ Adheres to support workflow to achieve/exceed Business unit's expectations on

performance:

o Past Due Reduction

o Cash Goal

o Call Goal
